Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by MyFuture Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa with registration number 2024 / 759331 / 07, operating as a professional accounting and tax advisory firm.
2. Professional Services
MyFuture Solutions provides professional accounting, bookkeeping, tax advisory, and related financial services to businesses in the trades industry including but not limited to:
- Tax preparation and planning
- Bookkeeping and financial record management
- Business structure advisory
- Financial consulting services
3. Professional Standards and Compliance
Our services are provided in accordance with South African accounting standards (IFRS for SME’s), tax legislation (Income Tax Act, VAT Act), and professional standards set by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete, accurate, and timely financial information
- Maintaining proper records as required by South African law
- Timely payment of fees as agreed
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional ethical standards and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Client information will only be disclosed where required by law or with explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by South African law. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees are charged according to our published fee schedule or as agreed in writing. Payment terms are typically on invoice date. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the prescribed rate under South African law.
8. Data Protection
We process personal information in accordance with POPIA. Clients have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information subject to our professional and legal obligations.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with South African law. The courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by South African law. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
