Privacy & POPIA Policy

This policy explains how MyFuture Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal information when you visit myfuturesolutions.co.za, contact us, or use our accounting, tax, payroll, secretarial, consulting and structuring services. We process personal information in line with POPIA.

Our instant quote tool asks about your business and then requests your name and contact details so we can prepare and send you a personalised quote. We use those details only to respond to your quote request and to contact you about our services.

4. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel and analytics

If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta Platforms Ireland. When active, it may collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages and actions you take on our site, and identifiers such as cookie IDs, and send these to Meta. This helps us measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people like you on Facebook and Instagram. We may also use Google Analytics to understand site traffic.

These tools only load after you give consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9). Meta and Google process this data as described in their own policies: Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Some providers (for example Meta, Google or cloud hosting) may process data outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection, as required by POPIA.

We keep client and tax records for the periods required by South African tax and company law (generally at least five years), and other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (secure hosting, access controls and encryption in transit) to guard against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you and the Information Regulator of a compromise where the law requires.
